Thanks, that helps a lot. :)

Basically, historical weirdness, historical weird horror, and alternate-historical clockpunk. But they're very much designed as Infinite Worlds timelines.

A list like this helps people interested in those timelines for their specific genres -- even during an Infinite Worlds game -- to know a generalized product has their specific desire.

Pandemonium
Lord Kelvin's Icebox
The divine Pacific Republic of datastan
Ghost planets
Stilpnotita, City of lamps.

And then hotspots:sriwijaya.

  • Broken Clockwork World is steampunk portal fantasy
  • Space Atlas: Grissom is science fiction, leaning into space opera*
  • The "movers" Osirus world leans into (pulp) sci fi, while the black pharoah basically works as a fantasy setting. I agree with the "alternate history clockpunk" category**.
  • Lord Kelvin's Icebox is a alternate physics science fiction setting.
  • The Divine Pacific Republic of datastan is cyberpunk
  • Ghost planets is space opera
  • Stilpnotita, City of Lamps is Fantasy
  • Hotspots:Sriwijaya is, of course, historical
*I didn't realize just how much this was until I worked up a bunch of different cross-overs with it, and anything involving superscience, alien beasts, and so forth just fit so much better than hardish premises.

** getting categories beyond "infinite worlds" is quite important, because some are very much part of the alternate history genre, and some are strait up horror. If you buy IW: Nightreign, you are getting a well worked horror setting with a little infinite worlds included, and you should be prepared for that.

I'll put this down as "Hard-ish Space Opera".

Thanks for the list!

It’s also two worlds, one contemporary wainscot fantasy, the other steampunk high-ish fantasy, but one portal fantasy game setting (because that’s kind of the point with portal fantasy).

Since one of the Pyramids from Pyramid scheme is available to the general public, I updated and reorganized the list.

Since "Pyramid Scheme" is really the Kickstarter name for volume 4 of Pyramid magazine, shouldn't those go under Pyramid Articles?

Okay. (When I started this thread, I didn't know what "Pyramid Scheme" was.)
