Re: PU5 has landed...
I want to, but then am I just giving into marketing pressure? Although if I think about this first does it cease to be an impulse buy? But if it's no longer an impulse buy, does that mean I can buy it without changing what it is? *brain meltdown*

Re: PU5 has landed...
Well, I bought it before reading what was it about, so I guess that is an impulse buy. Anyway, I'm NOT regretting it, as I've just started a Supers campaign, where I was already using most of the rules republished in PU5:IB. Just the cheat sheet with all the options together is worth having bought the book, and the new material is just gravy on top...

Re: PU5 has landed...
Based in what I've read so far, PU 5 is an excellent book, enhancing the GURPS system -without betraying its foundations- in directions like these often wanted by adherents of systems like FATE.

Re: PU5 has landed...
Alas, my point budget is empty at the moment. But as soon as I can change that (six hours from now, I think), I'll be picking this up.
IwantIwantIwantIwant… In the meantime, a reminder: impulse buys needn't only be applicable to high-adrenalin adventures. For instance, picture the result of putting them to comedic effect. Th-th-th-th-that's all, folks! >D |

Re: PU5 has landed...
I impulse checked my budget. It fit, so I bought it after some impulse deliberating.
