Link, uses, application, and a specific build

So I am having a discussion with Kalzazz about link.

He is not sure of where it is applied. I feel that it is applied exactly as written, turning two abilities into one.

The example I have is as follow:

Transfer fate:
Visualization (Blessing+100% [can bless self], reduced time 6, link)
Visualization (Cursing+100%, reduced time 6, link)


Usage:
make a single activation roll, your MoS/3 gets applied as a penalty to your targets action, and given as a bonus to a second target of your choosing including yourself.

Link is for things like a arrow with poison, two Innate attacks into one.

Arrow with poison in my mind would be a better example of follow-up.

That would be the correct way to do it, yes.
