That may be pushing it.
You’d need a pretty high reaction roll (Very Good, at least) and any behavioural Disadvantages not self-controlled while camping with them could annoy the goblins enough to get you kicked out. Not to mention they’d probably charge you on top of that.

Rolling 13 after modifiers on the reaction roll is not enough, by my eyes.
A basic -5 to the roll is expected, of course. That penalty can get worse.

Going to a room you’ve already cleared out and spiking the doors MIGHT work, assuming no new enemies have moved in after you left it.

What would you need to set camp as you recommend?
