You need a coven of high-end witches to support that... most great cities have only one, and its in the service of the city government. The process takes an hour and usually requires an auspicious time of day: noon, dawn, sunset, and midnight are popular.



Its a single roll against the lower of HT or Will, with -2. If you fail the roll, I won't kill the character, but they will be very depowered for the rest of the mission.

The people involved are well known... the ceremony is not, and is usually done in secret. Most people want others to know they're immortal, just not what the weakness is. This means the witches know what your immortality is... but they have little incentive to spread this knowledge around. Its worth pointing out this is precisely the way that you're attacking Bel.
