[KYOS] Battlesuits and shooting rifles one handed

TL9 Battlesuit gives +10 to Lifting and Striking ST, under normal rules it roughly translates to quadrupling the strength of an average person, but under KYOS the same person would get their ST increased tenfolds. Should I then reduce Battlesuit's ST bonus to +6 which gives similar results? If so, should Striking ST also be increased to match old ST?

Shooting two-handed firearms with a single hand requires twice the required ST, so a rifle with ST10† can be wielded like a pistol by someone with ST20. Under KYOS, should this value be kept same or should I convert using the strength and machines table?
