How this is consistent with GURPS rules? How I should build character in realistic campaign to play someone like this?

Give him an extremely light bow, and have it only draw it part way do maybe 1d-4 (0.5) damage. use rapid fire from Martial arts.

(also a search for threads about archery and Lars, might give bit more context)

Such kind of thread seems to appears periodically. GURPS Martial Arts anwer this question (p. 119-120):

"Quick-shooting Bows

(...)At the GM’s option, realistic archers can quick-shoot bows out of combat. There are real-life speed-shooting competitions, after all. Use the rules as written. Doing this under fire is cinematic, though – apply an extra -4 to Bow and Fast-Draw rolls for this feat in combat in a realistic game."

Looks like it. Weird how this video seems to pop up about once a year, just like clockwork. Anyway, I'm closing this thread, and I went through and closed all of the other threads except one, so we can keep this topic in one place:

http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=119813

And please note my response in that old thread:

If you want to simulate what he's doing in GURPS, roll vs. the lower of Bow Art or Fast-Draw (Arrow), with all applicable penalties for both, but bonuses for TDM and appropriate gear (e.g., a low-draw bow and custom quiver). Success fires one arrow in the general direction of a target, plus one additional arrow for every two full points of success, in a single second.
