I reckon that the kind of shuttles they use in these ships probably cost about $4.37 million. That's why there are only two.
<edit>I'm even tempted to cut back to one shuttle with air cruise capability @ $4.37 million, backed up by an emergency shuttle without air cruise capability, @ $1.97 million/

Very nice and well thought out design.
I wondered if the cargo might include some scientific payload missiles to launch through that missile launcher? Then you could potentially claim that all you weapons were purely defensive or scientific... Also might be worth clarifying that refuel cost excludes the normally unused emergency reserve?

Try pressing the 'quote' button, and then copying the quoted material and pasting it into a text file. Then you'll have a template that will recover its format when you paste it into a vBulletin message.
