The heroes of...Heroes.

So I purchased the box set of season one of Heroes the other day, and like any good RPG player I instinctively started to think about how to stat them out.

in terms of GURPS 4.0 how would you build some of the characters from Heroes?

PS. If there is already one of these out there somewhere feel free to ignore this, I was very hesitant to search the word "hero" in the search bar.

They've all been extensively discussed around here. I think the only ones that gave people a lot of trouble, and therefore got the most discussion, were Peter with his pretty much unlimited mimicry, Sylar with his mimicry that at first looked like he needed to consume brains or something, and Hiro with his Time Stop ability. To a lesser extent, there was a lot of disagreement about exactly how Claire seeming to 'die' and then come back should be handled, with what combination of Unkillable and Regeneration and so on.

I did a power build for a "if you kill someone you get their powers" power.

Power Absorption

If you substitute the text in the Limited limitation with something like "must investigate brains", and add some Takes Extra Time, that would be Sylar's base power, more or less. You'd need to add an ability to it as an alternate ability to let him know "how things work" (like watches and stuff), but that'd be it. Note that the cost of that thing makes it really just for an NPC Sylar except in a "different" kind of Heroes campaign.

which made more sense for his background though, I liked it because he was a Fnord and he used his skills as such to Fnord. its eaiser to look at a picture then for someone to tell you what it is. XD
