Default Statting Richter Belmont from Castlevania in GURPS

Basically, how would I represent this guy doing all the things he does in the video below in GURPS?

Also, how would I go about designing his 'vampire killer' whip, or even just a whip which is better than the one listed in the GURPS core rule book?

I made a Belmont. He had a bunch of weapon skills, good attributes, Combat Reflexes, Energy Reserve, Super Jump, and some ancillary stuff.

The Vampire Killer was a whip that added 1d of injury per hit to demons and undead.

The subweapons were Innate Attacks that cost ER.

The Vampire Killer looked more like a morningstar than a whip if you got any powerups in the old games so when I made a character in reference to the series I gave him Higher Purpose (Destroy Undead) and the Flail skill. Also Perks to eliminate skill penalties for attacking while kneeling.
