A little bit of "generic reaction bonus, ho hum" (keeping in mind that my home genre is firmly Dungeon fantasy and I keep playing PCs with at best a +1, and usually way worse than that as my generic reaction... penalty - I obviously don't prioritize it much).
Also a little bit of "Well, hey, that's cool, I'd like that. Ooh, that's nifty too. Hey, this one is awesome. OOoooooOOOoo shiny!". Ferret shock. Quote:

Bought it today, even though I knew I won't exactly need it.
Yeah, that's a nice option. Still, I'd pick between perks and alternate benefits depending on concept. |
