I first heard of white noise in high school which was back in 19**. When I saw this post, I was dealing with stress. Listening to the site (white noise, then wide noise), helped me feel better, so thanks!

They also have an iOS app. I use that with my SleepPhones, and it's wonderful. It's especially nice for travel when the hotel puts you in the room by the elevators overlooking the truck parking.
