NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
In a good way I guess. I discovered many, many years ago that I have the collector gene where once I start getting something, I want the full set. Knowing there are now INWO cards in Japanese just makes that part of me itch a bit. (Yes, I know there are German ones - I beat that into submission years ago!) I still have such fond memories of playing the original pocket box version of Illuminati back in college (even the game where my fiance' (now my ex of 25 years) won on the second turn by playing Gnomes of Zurich and sneaking a bunch of money chits off the table to drop them all on here card. |

I was thinking the Illuminati can now start singing, "Turning Japanese, I think I'm turning Japanese." For those who think that's politically incorrect, "Turning Japanese" by the Vapors was a hit in Japan. And when was it released? 45 years ago this month--at the beginning of GURPS Fourth Edition's Tech Level 8. Coincidence? ADDITION: I just listened to Alphaville's "Big in Japan." It includes the phrase, "Passing silhouettes of strange illuminated mannequins." Illuminated?
