Default [Supers, IST] UN Powerd Infantry Armor

I'm reading IST (finally), and I'm thinking pretty hard about starting a game with characters that begin as Powered Infantry working out of an IST Embassy. To that end, I've taken a shot at statting the IST Battlesuit described on p 50 of GURPS International Super Teams in 4e terms.

I based it on the Combat Hardsuit from GURPS Ultra-Tech, as the armor type listed in IST as being the basis was a 3rd Edition item that didn't translate into the new edition.

The weaponry is built as close to UT stats as I can come, with the Blaster Carbine being an alternate attack to the Stunner. The ST bonuses, I left at +10 instead of +15, because otherwise it would be superior to the Powered Combat Armor in Ultra-Tech.

Criticism? Suggestions?

United Nations Powered Infantry Armor (Gadget Limitations: Size -25%, Theft -10%) [425]
ST! +10 [80]
DR 30 [150]
DR +20 Torso -10% [90]
Night Vision 7 [7]
Stun Rifle [240]
alt Blast Rifle [24]
Flight [40]
Enhanced Move (Air) [20]

Stunner Rifle [240]
HT-4(5) Aff Acc 6, 1/2D 50 Max 200 RoF 1 Rcl 1 Shots n/a
Spoiler:

Blaster Carbine [120]
5d(5) Burn(sur) Acc 10, 1/2D 500 Max 2000 RoF 3 Rcl 1 Shots n/a

Spoiler:

Can they wear other armor underneath the Powered Armor? If not, then they should have 'Can't Wear Armor' on the DR.

Are you sure that applies to already removable armor?

Yes. Otherwise, there's nothing preventing him from wearing a suit of plate mail (or a kevlar vest) under the power armor.

Yup, remember if you didn't pay (or get) points for something its not there. If it ends up not making any sense you didn't do the point value right.

The actual price of the armor should be:

ST! +10 [52]
DR 30 [38]
DR +20 Torso -10% [20]
Night Vision 7 [5]
Stun Rifle [223]
alt Blast Rifle [19]
Flight [26]
Enhanced Move (Air) [13]

For a total of 396 for the whole suit. That's assuming there are no other modifiers on any of the advantages than the gadget ones and the Cannot Wear Armor disad on the DR.

Note that you do not apply the Gadget discount after adding up all of the armor pieces together, which is what you did. You have to calculate the cost of each item individually.

Isnt the Size gadget mod only for breakable things?

If so, doesnt it need HP?

Pretty sure it counts as Breakable, but you don't need to specify what its HP is. An objects HP does not influence its Gadget limitations.

Its still pretty important for a DM to know though if something is breakable, otherwise is very hard to handle

Well, sure, but you figure out its HP the same way you figure out any armor's HP. Armor doesn't have an 'HP' stat in its 'statblock', but you can figure it out and it is breakable.
