Avalon Games August Preview

Well Avalon Games is on a roll this month with the release of a ton of great games.

First up we have the ever popular Game Geek, issue 8. A lot of fiction and good gaming stuff in this issue. We also have the release of new Steel and Glory set for the S&G system. Mounted combat hits the battlefield with this set.

Battle Axe this month has the rest of the Undead faction hitting the battlefield, with the Vampire, Wraith and other nasty undead creatures.

Last month we offered up a bunch of new RPG materials, but we are only now getting around to telling you all about them. Lots of OGL 3.5 gaming goodies as well as some Fudge stuff. We will also be offering our first 4th ed game, Morson’s Manor, a new line of 4th ed games which will fall under our Tomes of Adventure series.

This month also sees out first How to be book out, with How to be a Great GM. Packed full of information on the art of running a game, you can’t go wrong with this little gaming gem. For those that have signed up for our newsletter, which can be found on our web site, those fans are open to receive the Special Fan Edition of How to be a Great GM, packed with extra special stuff and goodies.

New art from Avalon this month includes counters, demons and design element sets, so get some good art for cheep.

Also this month we will be offering a special Kiva edition of our most popular game, Dark Dungeon. Avalon Games wants to be something more then just a game publisher; no we want to be a company with a soul. To that end we are a proud sponsor of Kiva (Kiva.org) where we can give a helping hand up to people in the world that can use a bit of help. All the profits form the sell of this special edition will go towards making small Kiva loans. So buy a great game and do something good in the world at the same time.

Beyond that we have new Avalon Pathfinder goodies, Arcana and more, so as always have a seat at the round table of fun and play an Avalon Game.
