Ok, starcrew templates doesn't use talents on the security officer, so here is your guy:

Scott Gilmore is an exuberant security officer fresh out of the academy. He's a pretty big guy, and fond of the most ridiculous dares and bets. He never stops talking, and he's always trying to bet on something, be that when the ship will pop out of hyperspace, the latest sports game, or who can eat the most of a local delicacy that promises to disagree with the stomache. His superiors hope that after some time on a ship he'll grow out of this phase. There will probably be some painful incidents involved.

Scott has all the skills of a good security officer though. He's a good shot, he's stealthy, and his hand to hand combat is exceptional, especially his Judo. He's smart and studies, he just also lacks judgement.

I don't know what sport he should play because I'm not THAT big a trekkie, but he should play a sport and I've slotted points. Any suggestions?

Sports?

Well, definitely lots o0f hints that they know what Baseball and Football are.

There is Some future sport called ' Parrises Squares'...found an image on the web of a TOS era crew gettig suited up to play Parrises Squares.

Sports? - Soccer, apparently ' Soccer' (football) is still played in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

I just put Scott Gilmore through my GCA program and got a "negative 39 points leftover.

I didn't see any defaukt Academy skills in your version of him.

Okay I will go back in and knock some skills down to 14 or lower if they look too high.

That's... very weird. Does GCA provide point totals? that could tell you where more or less points have been spent. This was generated via GCS, so there shouldn't be math errors... (other than the fact that he's 2 points over in general). Unless there are some rules adjustments between the two systems or something.


I'm not sure what the academy skills are. I'm just using template toolkits: starship crew
