Using a steed to run away

My question is, with for example the raptor steed, if I discard it to run away, do I get to run from all monsters in combat? Or is it like rolling per monster?

I tried to find it with no luck. I apologize if I just overlooked something.

The Raptor Steed is the only one with this ability. Other Steeds can only be discarded if they give you a Run Away penalty and you are about to Run Away from a monster.

As for the Raptor Steed's ability, it is confirmed here that the automatic escape in that case is from all monsters (except from the ones where escape is said to be impossible).
