Vampire Unnatural Vitality
I am confused on what exactly this ability does regarding losing more than one level. If I lose a run away attempt and the Bad Stuff states that I lose a level along with an item or -2 on next run away attempt, can I use the Vitality to just lose the level. The additional Bad Stuff penalties in addition to the 1 level loss could be construed as a penalty of more than one level and therefore only one level is lost.
However, the other bad stuff has nothing to do with 'vitality', so I am assuming the Vampire benefit only applies to levels and any additional Bad Stuff in addition to the level loss remains in effect. |

Re: Vampire Unnatural Vitality
The ability applies to levels. If the monster's Bad Stuff makes you lose two or more levels, the vampire loses only one.
