Default Shapeshifting, HP and injuries

I couldn't find this in the FAQ, but I may have missed something.

Say I have Alternate Form with +10 HP. In my alternate form I'm wounded for 5 Hit Points of damage. When I turn back, am I still wounded for 5 HP? What would be a reasonable cost for an enhancement so that I'm not?

Non-Reciprocal Injury exists to prevent that issue. Use Reciprocal Rest to allow your secondary form to heal, as well.

That was... expensive.

Well, it does allow you to jump from 1 HP away from automatic death to full HP. Instantly, if you buy enough Reduced Time.

Proportionally, thereby if your alternate form (max HP 20) takes 5 injury, your original form (max HP 10) has taken 3 (2.5 rounded up) points of injury.

As Nereidalbel indicated.

It is worth noting that such modifiers are applied only to the Alternate Form cost and not the template different cost.

So ...
Alternate Form ("Whatever"; +100 point template) [105]
turns into ...
Alternate Form ("Whatever"; +100 point template) (Non-Reciprocal Damage, +50%; Reciprocal Rest, +30%) [117]
Its' only 12 points. Twelve points that provides multiple independent HP/FP/injury/condition tracks which also independently recover. Toss sufficient Reduced Duration and Reflexive in there, and it'll switch tracks as needed as a defensive reaction. Multiple times, even, if you've taken multiple AFs with the proper enhancements.

I'm blind today. Where does it say how long it takes?

Default is 10 seconds. Active Change allows you to move while changing, and Reduced Time is, well, self-explanatory.
