Probably, although I have seen a fair amount of diversity there as well - likely different doctors rely on different skills to discover truth, reassure the patient, and encourage treatment. Fast-talk, Intimidation, Diplomacy, Acting... could be anything, but is probably something. But yes, there will be some other skills that will differentiate between specialities.
