Default Skills for new inventions related to medicine

Which are the proper skills to get new inventions related to medicine such as head transplant or cell regeneration? Please, quote your references.

pretty sure this depends heavily on the how, bioengineering, engineer(microtech) engineer(robotics) physiology biology chemistry and maybe even doctor skills could be used

And it's quite likely that you'd need to use two or more of these skills for the character to properly understand everything required to invent something new.

And when you say "doctor" skills, are you referring to Physician and Pharmacy?

as well as surgery and diagnosis in some cases yes
