Minotaur, by the book.
Half bull, half man, so by ITL 79 "possess characteristics midway between those of the two parent types" we average human with Yak (ITL 89) and get.
ST 16 DX 11 IQ 7 MA 10, a 34 point character. Add in the racial abilities of hide(stops 1 hit), Gore (for bare handed damage, but it is a one hex range pole weapon attack, DX -4 on both attacks if combined with a wielded weapon attack on the same turn), Mute (from the sources). Battle Axe(3d) Ax/Mace(2), Humanish(1, listen only), etc.

Re: Minotaur, by the book.
In greek myth, there was only one Minotaur (created by another of those mythological *ahem* events that we couldn't possibly talk about on these forums) .. but the 'bull' half was a magical golden bull that came out of the sea, sent by Poseidon to king Minos of Crete (who didnt appreciate it ..) .. no ordinary bull, anyway
if you were doing that sort of 'mythic' minotaur, you could give it real dragon-killer stats .. it was a real superhero (Theseus) who took it out, after it had eaten a great many lesser heroes .. also, probably a giant 3 hex thing (at least!) Is it an official TFT PC species these days? ah nvm, youre referring to some species blending rule in the new ITL by the sounds of it My wild guess for a 'mythical'-type minotaur 3 hex (giant rules apply) ST 60 DX 12 IQ 9 MA 12 Regenerates like a troll 1/turn must be beheaded to truly kill (easily done if its reduced to ST 0 .. and you realise its necessary ..) hide (6) bite (3+3 in HTH) trample (3d6) hooves horns (4d6 + potential charge) +SR 3/DX or fall Megalo-Axe (7d6) yep .. that looks to be a challenge for a Super-Hero :) (although a pretty mid-level wizard could probably take it with Control Person ..)
