I suppose that works for VtM vampires who are paralyzed by a stake, yes. Harder to work with when it's just a Vulnerability that multiplies damage.

I suppose for humans, bleeding should be an even bigger concern if the heart hit doesn't down them outright.

If you have Supernatural Durability and can only be killed by Attacks to the Heart, I'd say getting that second heart means that you then have to be attacked in both hearts.

Yeah which is why it's not really a hit location, just a special rule for a common vulnerability. Worse are those vampires that can only be killed by a Stake to the Gall Bladder!

Supernatural Durability does have the "any one attack that does 10xHP" clause. If you are ripped in half, nobody cares what happened to your Gall Bladder.

Does a hit to the skull of face (any that causes a shock penalty) cause a knockdown/stunning roll (not at -5 or -10)

Tables can be so annoying - it looks like it's cut lines from Pelvis as it did for Spine. Edit: "looks like" but all it is is an extra comma.

Nah, the main table. On face and skull it says on major wound roll at knockdown at -5 or -10 (and for jaw at -6)

However I was under the impression that any injury significant enough to cause a shock penalty required a HT roll to avoid knockdown and stunning with the jaw it would be at -1 from a crushing attack)
