Lord Chaois about to adamentally refuse to surrender when he sees the strange passion in Soldier of Fortune's eyes.. He is relieved when the water hose seems to wash out the effects on Tony..

Tony puts the man in shackles, but he has been reminded of his love for Tracy.. And will leave the paperwork and processing to the cops and the nemesis corp.

The young man turns and leaves. If he is followed, he is nowhere to be seen. The silhouette of a crow against the moon is the only thing that can be seen. It is too far to see the card in its beak

At the freeway riot...

Eric has the water balloon card and he drops it as he and Charlie disappear. Suddenly there is a water balloon and it continues to grow to huge proportions. When it lands and breaks, there is a rush of icy cold water that goes over everyone.

As Gina lost consciousness only one thought went through her mind

I really hope that works...

Tony turns to offer his helper a ride, only to see nothing there but a crow. Odd ... he makes a note of it.

"Thanks, Tim," he tells the police sergeant as the cops load up Chaos. "Wonder what he was up to, anyway?"

"No idea," Sgt. Tim Goulding replies. "Someone'll find out. Once we get that riot cleared up, anyway."

"Right."

His assignment complete for now, Tony decides to give Tracy a call. Four rings ... five ... six ... nothing but the voice mail.

"That's weird." Still, not too weird. After all, she's had to stay late more than once. As long as traffic on the bridge wasn't horrible, she'd still make it home OK.

All of a sudden, Soldier's jaw drops. As long as traffic on the bridge ...

Tracy!

He sprints to his car.

MEANWHILE

In an ordinary apartment somewhere in Mills City, a thunk is heard from Gina's bedroom.

"Gina?"

Her foster dad, Drew, looks in. Gina has fallen from the bed, dragging half the bedding with her. From the bruise, it looks like she's hit her head on the floor -- hard.

"Oh, my God ... "

He briefly tries to wake her, then shouts into the phone still pressed against his ear.

"Maddie! She's had another episode! I've got to get off so I can call an ambulance!"

Bob, the other foster kid Maddie and Drew are putting up, peeks in

"Omigosh! Is she okay? Check this out! A giant water bomb or something splashed over everyone and people are beginning to calm down...and they caught Lord Chaos. Hopefully that'll be the end of this whole thing"

As Drew looked her over, he noticed the two bandages. They looked new, and he saw the First Aid Kit on her desk. That concerned him. Something happened but she didn't want to tell him.

First things first, he called the ambulance, but because of the injuries on the bridge, there would be a significant delay.

"Make sure she doesn't convulse and when she wakes up, make sure there are no other injuries. We'll get someone there as soon as possible sir."

Meanwhile...a solitary piece of litter is blowing through the woods and town. It is a playing card with...a very realistic drawing of a young man. He would look familiar to Tony...

On the freeway, the young woman was on her way home from the school when the rioting started. She stayed in her car, until she saw the men and women just going crazy on each other. Instinctively she ran out of her car to help and was suddenly carried away by the blinding anger and fear that had suddenly built up inside of her.

As Tony drives like a man possessed, a playing card hits his windshield, getting caught under the wipers. He turns them on, trying to knock it free, but no dice.

"Hang on, Tracy," he says under his breath. "Hang on ...."

A moment ago, the thoughts inside Tracy Andres' head had been routine ones. Exasperation at yet one more clueless parent, exhaustion at yet one more long day, an idle wonder if she should call Tony and cancel dinner tonight, or if a quiet meal together was just what she needed.

Now ... now there are no coherent thoughts in Tracy's head. Or if there are, they've been chivvied into a corner by streaks of brilliant emotion. Full of panic and terror, she kicks her way free of one rioter, smacks another over the head with her high-heeled shoe, and then climbs on top of the nearest car screaming and wailing like a banshee werewolf in a full moon.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO! NOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The growing mob of men and women begin to move like a sea. Combatants are pressed up against the car Tracy has perched on ... a car without its parking brake set.

Slowly, inexorably, the pressure of the fight begins to push the vehicle .....

Maddie (Gina'sf foster mom and medic introduced earlier as also stuck on the bridge) was one of the many who we're splashed with water by the appearance of a might water baloon.. Yes, it seems as though the water has had an effect on everyone here mid bridge... Unfortuneatly.there are now seeminglt the rear crowd of rioters coming all together almost like a zombie mob in their collective aggression without too much tactics.

The police on the scene seem unaffected either from their gas masks, riot shields or gloves... But it seems clear at any minute the wave of rioters will hit the line of riot gear policeman..and one of the first casualties maybe this woman on top of a car moving with the wave of rioters - she wearss a dress and heels..

Once the water hit, it seemed to jar the rioter mid-bridge back to the here and now. What were they more shock about, the cold water dripping from their clothing, or the realization of what they just did?

As reality began to set in, some of the women started to cry, while others began to scream in despair. But that soon gave way to screams of fear as panic began to wash over them. They can see the other rioters on either side of them and they can see they are trapped.

Soon the police are overwhelmed with both rioters and panicked people trying to get away, while Maddie tried desperately to calm people down. Then she noticed the young lady on the car, screaming.It was strange, she would scream in rage, then huddle in a ball. Whenever anyone approaches her she would lash out and attack savagely before resuming her spot on the car. She looked very scared and very confused...much like a trapped animal.

Meanwhile, in an apartment far away from the insanity...

Drew is trained in First Aid as well. He checked the wounds the bandages were covering. The cut on her chest didn't concern him as much as the bruising. He worried that Gina may have bruised her rib cage. But the strange jagged cut on her thigh...that worried him. It isn't as deep as he had initially feared, and it did form a scab, but the fact that it was not a clean cut means that it will leave a nasty scar. But neither of these worried him as much as the bruising on her head. As he examined it, he realized that it couldn't have come from when she landed on the floor. There was also some dried blood in her hair, so it happened earlier.

Drew surmised that she had gotten into a fight and that whomever she was fighting had a knife. But why didn't she tell him? He would have to wait for her to wake up to ask her that.

He looked at the clock anxiously. He really hoped Maddie and the ambulance would get here soon.

TEASER DREAM

Gina is a doodle waking up from a terrible nightmare. In this drawing dream she has a magnificient large bed with jewels embedded in it. It is familiar.

"More nightmares?" says a voice from behind her closed closet door. She thinks it odd that someone should be in there but the voice is familiar too.

Gina wipes the tears from her own eyes and afraid of that door... and what is behind it. She knows it is trapped! So she looks for another way out.. but there aren't any other doors.

Gina looks under her bed and finds a secret passage that leads her through the large ducts at a zoo. She must be in an aviary because she can hear owls and sparrows and hawks cawwing and whooing.

Tony drives like a mad man. It is by some miracle of God that he doesn't run over, or hit, anyone or anything. There is only one thing on his mind and he focused on it, or rather, on her like a laser.

Tracy...

He manages to avoid the traffic, the spectators, the news vans and the various emergency services that are already there, helplessly watching the horror. He even manages to avoid the ambulances who are racing over there as well. But when he gets to the entrance of the bridge, he has no choice but to stop. There is a barricade of police cars prohibiting movement on or off the bridge. Even the ambulances are not allowed in and the EMTs are forced to unload the gurneys and run in.

Tony gets out of the car and looks around, his mind racing. Then in the distance...

"TONYYYYYYY!!!"

It is an all too familiar voice, and he can feel the fear, the rage and the confusion.

Tony leaps out of the car, the voice impelling him like a siren. In annoyance, he rips the card free of the windshield wiper blade and throws it down, then turns his attention to the barricade before him.

I need them to not notice me, Tony thinks, spinning the "wheel." Come on ... if you're going to help me, now's the time.

In front of him, there's suddenly a burst of confusion ... an overflow of the crowd that knocks a barrier askew. Police try to settle the chaos (or Chaos?) but can't possibly keep their eyes on everyone. Acting fast, Tony slips through and hurries on to the bridge.

Unseen by him, so does a young man whom no one had seen before ... a young man that suddenly sprang to life where the card had been just moments ago.
