I'm having a crisis of conscience. On one hand, I hate reality shows and never watch them. On the other, I'll watch any crap I can find if it features dear Denise, since I find dumb girls with fish lips sexy.

I'm not willing to watch Ms. Richards, sorry. She's not my kind of sexy. I spent most of The World Is Not Enough wondering why they put her in the "sexy girl" role when Sophie Marceau was in the same film, and most of Starship Troopers thinking something similar in the context of Dina Meyer. But please, don't let me stop you all!

In all fairness, Bond films have more than one 'sexy girl', pretty much by definition.

That being said, Marceau is not to my taste. I've got this irrational dislike for women who look French. And I don't like gray highlights in hair. What was that?

Really? I spent it laughing hysterically at what I still regard as the best unintentional satire I've seen.

The 'subtle satirical criticism' of the militarised society was so heavy-handed that it went full circle and ended up mocking movies with a strident 'message'. Brilliant, though unintentional.

I suppose Dina Meyer was the strawberry chippy? If so, she was cute.

If we're being honest, my thoughts during Starship Troopers oscillated between "Why did I pay to see this?", "Wow, thinly veiled Nazi propaganda!", and "What does this have to do with the book?", but I won't lie about that "Dina Meyer naked in a shower!" moment.
