Just bought it. I love the alchemy section, and consider it worth the price on its own. They allow a historical approach with easy to understand and implement gaming rules.
It makes me want to learn more about side products from the cast off suggestion.

This is a really great PDF.

At first I wasn't super impressed. Maybe I just looked at the one or two boring items first. But on my first real read through it was like: tick I want that in my ancient Greek game, tick I want that in my stone age game, tick I want that in my Ancient China game, tick in my Medieval game.

Pretty much everything in it I can imagine using in some sort of potential game.
