I'm having a debate with another player.

Does Void Bolt only affect insubstantial, or is it like an enhancement, and affects both corporeal and insubstantial targets?

It says that it affects incorporeal targets as though they are corporeal, which to me implies it has full effect on corporeal targets. I think that's a fair effect, considering the expense in prerequisite spells, Magery, and energy cost.
