I'm not likely to use Ghost Air, but what's the % cost, if it's OK to ask?
Also, with the above advantages, is Injury Tolerance (Diffuse) unnecessary?

+10%. And Diffuse means that even if somebody pays for Affects Insubstantial on their Impaling Attack 6, it would only ever cause 1 injury to your ghosts. Unless your goal is for ghosts to basically be bullet sponges that can only be hit by rare and expensive things, it's overkill.
