Question about Do Over

Is Do Over a usable once only card? It doesn't specify on the card, but it seems like it should be.

Do Over is a DxM. The rules state, "Most DxMs are used only once and discarded," then list notable exceptions:

Races and Classes
Half-Breed and Super Munchkin
Monster Enhancers and Extra Monsters

Do Over is none of those special cases, and I can't see a logical way to infer it could stay in play.

Munchkinman - how about because I'm new to the game and somehow missed that rule. Thanks for educating me. I'll try to research more before I ask my next question.
