Granting/Healing Fatigue
Is there any way to grant or heal other peoples fatigue with an advantage? I know there are a number of spells but the healing advantage doesn't seem to cover fatigue loss.
Ultimately I'm looking for something which can work kinda like a reversed Fatigue Attack: grants single use FP to the target and can take attack modifiers (notably side effects and symptoms.) Is the best way to do this just Affliction (Grants Fatigue Points)? |

Re: Granting/Healing Fatigue
We've allowed "Heals Fatigue Only (-0%)" as a modifier for Healing, but with a few changes and caveats. First, the healing becomes 1-for-1; essentially, this transfers your FP to the target. Second, this doesn't work with Reduced Fatigue Cost. Third, the GM needs to vet any other modifiers or synergies carefully, as this is a perfectly reasonable ability on its own, but it is possible to get a relatively cheap "infinite spellcasting" loop going here.

Re: Granting/Healing Fatigue
Use an Affliction of extra fatigue points? Those have a base cost of [3] each. If they're one-use, their character point cost is 1/5 of buying them normally, which brings down the cost of the affliction.

Re: Granting/Healing Fatigue
Yeah, okay, this is what I want:
Imbue: The user of this power touches their target and makes an IQ check. If the target wishes to resist they may resist with HT. If the user wins, or the target chooses not to resist, the user may spend up to X energy from their energy reserve (can only be powered by ER) to grant up to twice that amount of fatigue to the target. If the target is missing fatigue then the missing fatigue is restored first. If the target is full on fatigue they gain excess as single use bonus FP. The target then suffers increasing symptoms based on how much FP they have been granted by this ability proportional to their maximum FP. Bonus FP is lost at a rate of 1 per minute unless used (this counts as healing for the symptoms.) Any ideas on how to model that? What advantages to use? Where to start? |

Hoo boy, that gets ugly fast. Not sure how much the ability to target self is, but that means you can spend a second and charge up 1 FP continuously. Possibly without any limit at all.
