Base Color

When someone adds a Wondering Monster to a fight who rolls to determine the base color of that monster? The main combatant or the Munchkin who interfered playing the Wondering Monster card?

Also when the last played monster is brought back from the dead does is it handled like normal? Roll for the base color or does it assume it's previous base color?

If you're adding a new Monster with Wandering Monster, then the player whose turn it is should roll the Monster Die. And, yes, if a Monster is restored from the dead, roll for a new base. It could be a long while before that happens so expecting everyone to remember what base that Monster had is unreasonable.
