What book and page number is the Psychic Guidance Perk in? What is the skill level for Psychic Guidance?

First appeared in Thaumatology: Magical Styles, p. 29; also in DF11: Power-Ups, p. 15. You get to roll your attack with a Missile spell using your skill with the spell, rather than Innate Attack skill, so you make two skill rolls against the spell, one to cast and one to hit. You need to buy this perk separately for each spell you use it with.

Note that it is not entirely clear whether you use your DX based or IQ based spell skill with this perk. I suspect the intent is IQ based, but it could be a reasonable perk either way, so ask the GM before you drop a point on it.

Essentially it's just a specific case of Skill Adaptation, allowing your spell skill to substitute for Innate Attack only to make attack rolls with this one spell.
