Bain takes an all out attack determined for a +1 to his skill, and launches a DWA against the bandits that appeared behind Telrith.

The first attack hits the mark.
Bow 12 (13+2+1-4: DWA,acc,aoa,range)
3d6=10.

The second attack hits the other bandit.

Fast-draw 14:
3d6=11
Ready 15 (15+1-1: aoa,quick-shooting).
3d6=15
Bow 11 (13+2+1-4-1: DWA,acc,aoa,range,quick-shooting)
3d6=10

Dealing 10 HP damage in total, 1.
Dealing 12 HP damage in total, 2.

Neither will over-penetrate.

Gathika casts healing magic to restore Telrith's HP:

Healing magic 14.
3d6=8, she makes it!

3 HP restored.

She may have -2 from range, but still makes it.

I think the Range penalty is only -2, but the Darkness penalty would be -5.
No Active Defense for the targets. You KO'd them both.

-4, regular spells takes -1 per yard of distance, but Gathika can Step one yard closer before casting.

Only problem is, she's out of cover now...

Thank you for telling me about the distance, I thought Telrith was closer. To prevent exposure, in that case Gathika took a "pop-up" attack (-2) as she did against the bomb, then she casted the spell at -4 due to the range.

I will be more aware of the distance in the next turns.

Erick and Vicious, I think you have to close ranks. Try forming a line of 2 elementals (front) and then 2 humans (back).

How far away are Telrith and Vic, I think they are 1 step from each other but would like to clarify.

That's almost certainly false, given that mudman is about 10 yards into a 16-20 yard tunnel.


As I see it:


Turn 2:
stonemaul goes 4 yards into the tunnel


Turn 4:
stonemaul's move isn't actually clear here. 4-8 yards of position.

Vic moves to behind-ish stonemaul


Turn 5:
stonemaul moves one step forward to 5-9 yards, vic is immediately behind him. Telrith moves 3 yards into the tunnel, with mudman 1 yard behind him


Turn 6:
stonemaul stays put because vic is dodging the fire. 5-9 yards. Telrith moves forward 1 yard to 4 yards in. Mudman moves at full speed to 6 yards.


Turn 7:

vic seems to be holding his position. Telrith moves forward to 5 yards in. Mudman moves at full speed to 10 yards in.



Turn 8 is the current turn. At its start, Telrith should be within a couple steps of vic and stonemaul, and Mudman should be within about a move of them.


So for his maneuver telrith will step towards forming a line with vic, take all-out defense (dodge), and call mudman to the rest of the group. Mudman should be able to reach the others... just barely, and turned around. The bandits may be able to capitalize on that... but I suspect it will leave them exposed.
