Multiple targets on ranged attacks

Good afternoon everybody.
I wonder, is there any way I can target multiple foes with a RoF3 gun?
I know there is Spraying Fire, but it represent firing automaticly while moving left to right or viceversa. But can I fire against three different foes with a Rof 3 Revolver, obviously at some penalty?

Use Rapid Strike for ranged weapons. Long story short, it starts at the same -6.
