Character Build Help

So im only semi familiar with gurps so i would like some help building Jack the assassin of black from fate Apocrypha i would need her built on as close to 250 points at possible. I know it wont be a perfect interpretation of her but just need some ideas

One thing to consider when asking for help is many people may not be familiar with the source. So the better you can describe what you want the better your odds of getting help.

Kinda hard describe without knowing the source is the issue
cause shes basicallya young assassin the can summon a poison fog has a special attack that insta kills a female unless they have a near godlike magic resistance, can cling to walls and can fade from view in her fog even if looking at her

thats the best i can describe her

Its a start.
Skills
Stealth, weapon skills, maybe unarmed combat skills.
Powers
Poison Fog would be Obscure + a linked Innate Attack (toxic) with modifiers such as Area Effect, Increased Duration, Persistent, and maybe Mobile or Drifting.
Clinging
Chameleon (Accessibility only in her fog)
The Insta kill probably an Innate Attack but not enough detail.

the insta kill is basically a curse she puts on them with a strike that cause 6 knives to form in them and immediately dismember them

How do you model that in Fate? Is there a cost for using this attack?

Has three conditions
Only on females
Has to be in a area of mist or fog
And has to be nighttime

It wont be instant kill on everyone but you could go with Innate Attack (cutting) with Cosmic, Irrestible Attack, +300% and an Accessibility.
That ignores DR and if you attack from stealth and by surprise they wont get an Active Defense without something like Danger Sense.
