Pragmatic, no, because those are likely based upon the TL needed to develop a certain spell, no machine spells until there are machines, that sort of thing, and have nothing to do with a spells power or usefulness

Except of course, the sorcery level from that article is based on prerequisites and nothing else.
And prerequisites chains do sort of track with power.
So yes, that is a list of spells already broken into levels.

Sorry I didn't make that clearer...

I was just pointing out that, if you're thinking of putting all the spells in GURPS Magic into "levels," someone has already done the work for you.
