[DF] Increase Widget Worker/Resistant to Poison?

Hi guys

How do I increase the level of Widget Worker after I added it to a new character? I got the advantages to display, but they're in a yellow background and can't be increased nor edited.

Do I just duplicate? That works for Widget Worker, but what about increased gnomish Poison Resistance?

Any tips you are willing to share are greatly appreciated.

Sorry, found the extra Widget Worker und Gnomes (Dungeon Fantasy) Template.

What about Poison Resistance to +8 for 2 Points?
