Count my vote for 2 only because we can't combine then.

OK, so 2 has two or three votes, and wins. 5a has one, which is a little disappointing, since it's an interesting idea. There will be a Question on if or how they interact later, but I think the Question or Questions on how often the native magic manifests, and what triggers it, will be ready sooner, probably on Sunday or Monday.

Nekomimi Question VII

Do both civilizations use the same ratio of Nekomimi with active magic to Nekomimi without it, or does one have a larger proportion of magiccats in their population than the other?

Please answer with SAME in allcaps if they both use the same proportion, or DIFFERENT in allcaps if they each have a separate ratio.

*******

Answer: .

Poll remains open, because one person is not a consensus. I mean, if everyone else is not voting because you agree with TGLS, that's fine, but if you don't say anything, all I know is that you haven't said anything, not why. For all I know, you could feel that it's a bad question, or have been too busy to decide, and then forgot, or you tried to post and the forum's software ate it.

For me it's a feeling of excessive detail. Somewhat like what made me cranky back in the dragon questions. Even using all of this in a hypothetical future campaign I would not invent new and unique magic/tech types for every species and polity in the setting.

So what kind of questions would you ask? I'm kind of thinking at this point the only questions left are ones of excessive detail
