But note that these are soldiers living at an elevated status compared to the main forces.

Poll remains open for at least a day, could be longer. I'm seeing a clear trend, though.

I don't recall discussing the Desert Elves having a caste system at all, but I suppose I could have just forgotten. Is this something the Gerudo have in the game?

TL: 4^ for the general population. Maybe with a few things higher disguised as magic as "gift" from the gods. Water desalination near costal areas could be an example.

Frolechi Question II
How powerful are the Frolechi compared to other nations? 1. A minor power on one planet. 2. A minor power on several planets. 3. A moderate power on their homeworld (may also have offworld holdings). 4. A major power on their homeworld. 5. The dominant power on one planet. 6. The dominant power in their home system (a peer opponent to minor System Lords). 7. The dominant power in a few systems (a peer opponent to average System Lords). 8. An empire spanning several systems (a peer opponent to major System Lords). 9. Something else (please specify). Please remember to include the number of your preferred option when you vote. ******* Answer: 6 has three votes, and wins; 5 and 9 have two each.

6. The dominant power in their home system (a peer opponent to minor System Lords). This sounds good to me.
