Steerable: Yes.
Other enhancements/ limitations: The advantage is a psi ability within the Teleportation power. Anything that blocks Teleportation will block it, but it can benefit from Teleportation Talent.
Just "Psi"? I was hoping for some kind of background details about how a person with no background in Weird Things ended up being a world jumper.

Is something going on? The activity on the forum (or the PbP section anyway) seems to have hit a go slow.

I re-calculated the point costs just now and I'm certain that they're correct. I did bump First Aid 19 up to First Aid 20 (costing an additional 4 points).

Looks good. Maybe throw in a Delusion or Delusion-limitation for "Believes Jumper ability is in the staff", so she can't actually use the ability (except in a limited manner) without the staff. I had something similar with a (psi) teleporter who'll be turning up in Worlds of Fire who believes that his Warp ability is a divine gift and so believes that he can't activate it without invoking his deity's name; he can, but it takes a very tricky situation and a Self Control roll to manage it.

I make your current total to be 254. Take a look around, there are a couple of automated GURPS character sheets, either HTML or Excel based. I made my own in Excel, and it isn't as flexible as some, but it's fairly robust for most stuff. Give me somewhere to put it and I'll pass a copy to you.
