Re: Art for games
Well, I figure I should probably post this here...
This has been in the main GURPS forum but it's relevant to the thread here. I've got a quick render showing the relative sizes of GURPS SMs +1 through -4 based on the Dungeon Fantasy races, and The same crew, with appropriately sized Broadswords and a sort of psychedelic twist. I blame sugar high. I'm working on one with the same guys against a "mugshot" height scale background so people can quickly identify sizes. Then I'm going to do the rest of the races from DF... I'm still working on Mrugnak, my minotaur. He's got hair now, a broken horn, and "fur" (he looks like a teddy bear made of fun fur, but it's the best I can do so far).

Mudflap Silhouette
These aren't bad (go down to the 2005 Commission List)
http://www.art-bot.com/ This one might be a decent prototype for the "mudflap girl with a gun" ;) http://www.art-bot.com/art-bot/BrandoBlackWidow.jpg The gun would have to be in a position to see more of the "upper body" but overall not bad (I can get rid of the smoke). >

Too confusing. Body language all wrong. Needs to be a silhouette that shows curves & weapon. Weapon outline is good, but the body is too confusing. Also shorthair = bad. I know, I know, just an example. Anyway Idea would be a "logo" type of silhouette: pose + curves + weapon + long hair (if that makes more sense). Look at any of the Black Widow covers on Google Images http://images.google.com/images?hl=e...h+Images&gbv=2 But don't rush. Plenty of time. >

I wouldn't say it's wrong. It's no more wrong than me saying "hey, I have that outfit for V3" when I look at the cover of the Shadowrun Augmentation book. That's the ArtemisX outfit she's wearing. In its generic colors. |

Yeah, the Walther G22 is a bullpup target rifle in .22LR. Has a spare magazine in the stock, and is a very nice target rifle to shoot. I have a couple of friends who are hoping Walther puts out a 9mm version as well at some point. Suggested retail on the scoped version used in the silhouette is $530 US.
