+100% makes me think of Interplanar and it seems about similar in power. Combined with New Worlds, we can think of it as +150% for wishes.

Well, we can set the cost at whatever. I'm not seeing the connection between interplanar and shaping the world however you want.



The "Lord of Your Own Domain" article might have the tools we need, if you consider the rewritten portion of the world to be your domain. You use the enhancements "Larger" (probably at status 8 (+100%) for a small country to status 10 (+120%) for a private planet) and "Reconfigurable" +50% (lower level since only one reality exists at a time). With that build making the wish is pretty difficult, so for finger snapping you may need another 100% to 200% reducing time and costs.

Oops. Thank you John, that's what I meant. Sorry for being presumptuous Eric. Yeah the royal Amberites have the power of shadow manipulation (after walking the Pattern) that works a lot like what you were describing in your earlier post that I replied to.
