Default Changing Campaign Data for a Sheet.

I am starting a new campaign and created my main NPC with GCA 4.
Initially I started with 150 character points in the Campaign Data. So, I then decided to give my players 175 points.
Nelda, my NPC is already created with 150 points. I updated the points for the rest of the players to use.
Is there a way to update Nelda's existing sheet to the 175 points?

View --> Campaign Settings --> Base Starting Points.

[Or Character --> Campaign Settings --> Base Points in the new Beta.]

Thank you!
Sorry, I guess my question was not clear.
I updated the campaign points from 150 to 175, using the method ravenfish pointed out. I made Nelda's sheet with the original 150 points. Now, my new players will start out at 175.
Is there a way to update Nelda's already saved 150 point sheet to the new 175 point sheet without having to fill out the entire sheet again?
Or, once you save a sheet, you can't change it?

I guess I'm confused as to what you are asking. When I take a character that started at 150 points and decide that he should have started at 175 points instead, I open that character up, go through the steps I described, change "Base Starting Points: 150" to "Base Starting Points: 175", and the "unspent character points" on that character are adjusted accordingly, just as if he had been set to 175 points all along. Is that not working for you, or are you trying to do something else I don't understand?

That is exactly what I want to do.
The 150 character sheet was 'saved' and I re-opened it. It doesn't reflect the changed Campaign Data. It isn't automatically updating when I open it again.
I am wondering if I missed a step? Or it doesn't repopulate automatically? Is there another update process I missed?
Or I just have to re-roll the character?
Thanks so much for your help, Ravenfish, I am totally new at this.

Oh! Never mind. I see it now. It still shows 150 points total, but I just noticed the 25 UNSPENT points!
Duh! Now I feel dumb.
It worked exactly as you said. Thank you so much!
