Some random questions about Weapon Bond

1) Does the +1 skill apply to Parry Missile Weapons if you're using the weapon?
2) Does the +1 skill increase your skill for the purpose of determining Parry score?
3) Does the +1 skill count for the purpose of crossing skill thresholds for damage boosts with Weapon Master?

FWIW, I'm pretty sure the answer to 1 is yes and 3 is no, but I'm genuinely unsure about 2 and interested in other people's opinions on the others.
