Re: [Powers] Can you use Warp to take a "step"?
Also "Can be Stolen: Must be forcefully removed", -10% - boots can be taken off your body, it's even traditional.

7 League Boots:
Warp (Extra Capacity - Heavy +50%; No Strain +25%; Reliable 10 +50%; Only while moving at least 1/2 move per second -20%; Blind Only -50%; Range Limit 7 Leagues (~24 miles) -20%; Gadget: Boots DR 2, HP 5 -20%, SM -4 -15%, Can be forcibly removed -10%;) 125% - 135% = -10% = [90] of [45] with multiplicative modifiers Cosmic +50% and Reduced FP 6 +120% = +170 pts normal or +31 with multiplcative modifiers Regeneration (Extreme; Fatigue +0%; Gadget Limitations: Boots DR2 HP5 -20%, SM-4 -15%, Repairable/Replaceable, Can be removed by force -10%; Only to replace Warp fatigue use -20%) [53] either way. So spring for Cosmic and Reduced FP if your GM is using multiplicative modifiers, and the Regeneration otherwise. |

Re: [Powers] Can you use Warp to take a "step"?
That looks like the source. Those numbers may not be appropriate for Warp, because there's no fear of falling, since the movement is not through space. I think the more general Accessibility that has been used in the past might be a better fit.
Hmm... If you can't change it at all, it should be a fixed range limitation then, right? |
