Default Re: Questions about creating a Naga

Here's my Template so far (it uses Multiplicative Modifiers):

Code:
NAGA (250 Points)
Length is 3.5x normal Height for their ST, Weight is 4.5x normal Weight. Maximum Standing Height is one-third Length, but they can lessen this to any amount (below 4 1/2 feet is considered a crouch). Nagas have human torso starting at about the hips, as well as human arms and legs. They have Irridecent Split Pupils, and lack external ears, thus most Nagas who interact frequently with humans wear their hair long. Their skin color is generally dusky, but can vary greatly in shade, and they typically have black hair or darker shades of brown, occassionally with lighter brown or red highlights. They have sharp Teeth, with a set of large fangs, and several replacement fangs folded behind their primary ones. Males lack external genatalia, and have thick heavy ebony finger nails, while females possess long slender sharp nails.
Although not very quick, Nagas excell at mobility, treating all terrain as Good Quality (Also true for Overland Movement, but they do not gain bonuses for roads), can swim as well as they move on land, and are capable of climbing at great speeds. Nagas may ignore any obstacle or pit that is SM-1 or smaller. Despite their size, their narrow profile allows them to squeeze through any opening large enough for a Human, and makes them harder to target with weapons.
Nagas Have a Temperature Comfort Zone of 40 Degrees to 115 Degrees, but will stiffen up below 50 degrees. Nagas only consume one Human sized meal a day, drink the same amount of water as a Human, but require about 10 hours of Sleep a day. Nagas have Long Lifespans, making their first aging rolls at 75, and increasing the frequency at 105 and 135, with normal bonuses for Longevity. It is not unheard of for Nagas to live beyond two centuries.
Nagas are highly intellignet, but self-absorbed and at times, cruel. Females are more likely than males to plot and scheme, attempting to gain status and political power. Males tend to focus more on Physical Prowess and more direct power plays. Nagas possess their own culture and language, although different regions may speak different dialects (treat as if one Level lower) and variations in script (also as if one level lower). Nagas tend to operate alone, or in small groups, usually with only a single powerful female in charge. Nagas possess an interest and uncanny ability with Hypnotism, all have some degree of Charisma steming from it, and all are taught how to trick others into percieving them as Human. True masters of Hypnotism can produce Mind Control effects that border on the Magical.

* This trait cost an amount of points equal to normal Hit Points.

Naga Form: Nagas have a SM+0 Human Torso, Arms & Head. These follow normal SM+0 rules for Hit Locations, Reach, Equipment Cost/Weight and what Equipment can be used. Any Attack on the Lower Snake Body is done as if it were Legs of a SM+2 creature, with a net Hit Location Modifier of +0. Random Hit to the Legs/feet hit the Snake Body, as does any hit to a hex in which only the snake body is present. Alternately, a Foot hit can be seen as an attack vs. their Tail. Any ST which is to apply to their Arms of Bite must not be purchased with a discount for Size Modifier. Note that attacks to the Human Body or Head inflict double Injury, and Cripple Theshold for Arms and Hands does not include Extra Hit Point.
A Naga Lying Face Down or Crawling takes no penalty to Move, and can use Reach "C" attacks without penalty. Longer reach Attacks take the Standard penalty unless the Naga has Ground Fighting.
A Naga Lying Face Up uses the rules above, but has a Move of 0 and a penalty to Dodge of -3 (Ground Fighting affects this normally),
A Naga in a Crouch suffers no Movement penalties of penalties to attacks or Defense.
A Standing Naga uses normal rules.
A Naga cannot Sit or Kneel.
In all cases, penalties to Ranged attackers, and Hit Location modifiers due to posture apply.
A Naga can change to any Posture they wish at the start of their turn as a Free Action. Additionally, a Naga who takes no more than a STEP, can also change to any posture at the end of their turn as a free action. Nagas do not need to take "intermediate" postures to reach their desired posture, for instance a Naga can go from Crawling to Standing immediately as a Free Action.

Striking: Due to the fact that a Naga has a Human Torso, it is more difficult for them to gain Reach bonuses due to their size. When in a Crouching Position, instead of taking a STEP, the Naga may treat reach "C" attacks as reach "1", as if they were SM+1. While Standing, a Naga may increase the Reach of any attack by "1" as part of a STEP or instead of a STEP (similar to being SM+2).
It's pretty late... I'll fix the formatting later.
