[Martial Arts] Making unarmed grapple vs. armed opponents safe (a la Striker)
Striker (Limb) can make punching and/or kicking armed opponents much safer. But what about grappling? By default does Striker (Limb) benefit grappling? If so, how many separate instances of Striker should you take for best results? If not, could you get a similar benefit as a perk (maybe reasonable given the lack of damage bonus), or would it take something more?

It took me less than 10 minutes after posting this to remember the that the original article with the DFRPG Wrestler might be useful here, and only additional minutes to track it down. Given that it uses "Accessibility, Not for damaging strikes, ‑40%" to achieve the effect I want here, I assume without that limitation Striker (Limb) does work with grappling skills.

Some GM's also treat Trained By a Master as upgrading your unarmed attacks to count as "armed" for these purposes, and/or allow a Perk for the same effect. ~[3] - Crushing Striker (Dual +20%; Limb -20%; Not for Damaging Strikes -40%) - for that is probably overcharging, but then the fact it doesn't work for Damaging Strikes means you should probably apply Weak -50%, which makes it only [1] (with +10% worth on Enhancements to spare)... unless it somehow increases grappling damage/Control.
