I got impatient with GCA, and killed it with Task Manager. Now when I start it, I get to select a dataset, then it goes unresponsive, The menu bar has appeared, and there's a large white rectangle in the screen centre. It's taking 98% CPU, and has been for half an hour on my latest try. I tried rebooting Windows (XPsp3), but I get the same afterwards.
Any ideas? I am not skilled in GCA maintenance; my mind doesn't seem to work the right way for it, so please don't assume I have done something that is obvious. |

It got better by itself after another half-hour. Oh, well.

If that was on the truly huge Torg dataset from http://tekeli.li/torg/, it takes ages to read all the data files and build the fast-load.
