Sure, it's probably magic.

There are zero options for mundane muscles that will give something pixie sized ST 5. I'm gonna vote 'magic' ('advanced technology' is an option, but probably results in different disads).

So this lifeform can lift ten times as much in proportion to its body weight. And that's not even putting in any special tweaks like giving it ST 5 and 1 HP!
I'm thinking Tinkerbell-eque, as mentioned earlier, able to throw people across a room and sword fight with humans.

That goes beyond "proportionate strength of a spider" and square-cube law and anything else based in realistic biology. Effectively it says that pixies are superbeings.

Well, they are magic. There is probably no way that something that small could have human intelligence either.

While obscenely unlikely, I don't think it's quite as over the top biologically impossible as having the strength and sheer energy output of a human would be.

A human being as strong as an elephant isn't as extreme as one being as strong as a blue whale, either. But I think both are impossible, given the properties of bone and muscle and the energy level of human metabolism. Even "as the strength of ten" seems unlikely, and a pixie with ST 5 is as the strength of 25.

I didn't mean to imply otherwise. Pixies as written are pretty much low grade shrunken Mighty Mouse type superheroes.

Depending on how big you think Mighty Mouse is. Is he the size of a real mouse or is he Reepicheep-sized?

Cartoon characters tend to vary greatly in size even within cartoons. But, I don't remember Mighty Mouse ever be portrayed as near Mickey Mouse or small person size.
