Hello guys!
Here's the today deal: we'll start our supers campaign here (yay!) and i've made my knife-wielding Batman-ish/punisher-ish character and all. He doesn't have any powers beside MA, and i want him to be downright Dreaded, but again, no powers, no Terror advantage or anything... Reputation... how many levels i need to make the criminal world sob in ther knees with the name of the character? to this point i have reputantio +4, that's enough?

Four levels of a fearful or intimidating Reputation, and presumably a decent number of points in Intimidation skill, will give him a good chance of intimidating even some fairly strong-Willed criminals.

You probably want Social Regard (Feared) instead of or along with your Rep. Also, a high Intimidation skill.

SM+1 is also good for Intimidation, and generally worries people.

Only if vigilantes are common enough that as a group they have it.

It sounds like you'll also want to pay attention to the Mind Games call-out on MA.130, especially the Contest of Wills and Fear and Martial Artists. Both, of course, make heavy use of Intimidation. Reputation also plays into the rules for Contest of Wills.

Add the Fearsome Stare perk so you can do a Intimidate without doing anything more than staring at them.
